Nifty BankNifty Option analysis for today – Jun 17 | Trade plan for tomorrow – Jun 18

Welcome to Nifty analysis of Jun 17, 2020.

Market started with a small gap down due to international market. Market maintained the neutral biased till 11 AM and then started to show buying at lower levels.  

The intraday low of 9833 around 9 AM, it quickly jump up. And this up-move was continued for most part of the afternoon . Towards the closing session it gave-up some of the gains due to uncertainty in situation. with China Nifty closed the day with 32 points down at 9881.

9900 has max CALL writing.

9500 has highest PUT OI

9900 has max PUT writing.

Similar patern were seen in BankNifty today. However most of the bank were hit harder than other index stock. It made a low of 19611 around 1 PM. BankNifty closed the day with 383 points up at 20296

It was tough day  to trade for both Bulls and Bears  as they would have got slaughterd if they did not take the profit off quickly. However we need to maintain to follow our system recommendation. Which has helped us to close our day in green

Fresh Shorts were taken towards the close as net position for tomorrow Jun 18.
