Nifty analysis for today (Jun 18, 2020)

Hello to all our viewers.

Welcome to Nifty analysis of Jun 1, 2020.

Market started with a small gap down on an negative note due to global queue. However it maintained the positive biased for the full day.  After the intraday low of 9845 around 9.20 AM, it started to show sign of up movement and we took buy at around 10 AM for Nifty Future based on our proprietary System. So It has  proven to be a good move to make us close our day in green. After that Market continue to show upward pressure due to short covering and oversold zone.

Post this market continued in a buy zone and our system maintained buy signal in rest of the afternoon. Market closed the day with 210 points up at 10091.

10500 has highest CALL OI

10300 has max CALL writing.

9500 has highest PUT OI

9800 has max PUT writing.

Similar pattern were seen in BankNifty today. However most of the bank were showing stronger sing of short covering than other index stock. It made a low of 20030 around  early morning. BankNifty closed the day with 754 points up at 20956

It was an easy day to trade for Bulls for the most part of the day. In my view and most traders would have potentially lost money today if they  got trapped in the sell mode at any point during the day. However we need to maintain to follow our system recommendation. Which has helped us to close our day in green.
